Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

I would have to say just a standard plank, especially with weight thrown on my back! I like it because it’s a challenge trying to ” tune out ” the burn. Least favorite? That’s easy. Windmills or Burpees. I’m absolutely horrible at them. I’m sure it’s just as painful for the coaches watching me!

What achievements are you most proud of?

I’m proud of the fact that I made the initial decision to start coming to Wild in the first place and putting in the effort that is turning into fantastic results.

I feel so much better, stronger, confident and more flexible than just a few months ago it’s crazy! Also a significant drop in weight and positive changes in my BMI are great motivators.

What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

The way every Coach pushes you further, while making sure your form is proper, then I would ever think possible. Every time I finish a Boot camp or Small group I leave thinking to myself, I’m completely thrashed, and that was #%#^*# awesome!! The classes are always fun with lots of energy, good tunes and run with a precision and professionalism that clearly demonstrates the many years of training that went on behind the scenes. I have to say though, every Instructor/ Coach is fantastic and their enthusiasm, love and belief for what they are doing makes all the difference in the world.!

The Specialty classes are a great option to add some variety and extra workouts in. The 6 week check ins are something I always look forward to and a great motivator. In ddition to all of that, the recipes, supplement tips and other health related articles on the website are invaluable.

Also the flexibility with scheduling on the Mind body app is fantastic.

What advice would you give to other wild peeps?

I would say to stay consistent, don’t overdo it, let your body heal, have fun and make every class count.

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

You can never go wrong with some 90’s playlists with some random tunes from the Village People thrown in.

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

My flexibility, although much better, still has a way to go before I’m happy with it. I also need to try using heavier weights and pushing harder all the way to the end of class.

Thanks to everyone at Wild Workouts for the help and encouragement I’ve received so far, and looking forward to everything in the future!
