What made you decided you wanted/needed to start a fitness program?
I Finally admitted to myself that after years of trying I wasn’t getting anywhere exercising on my own and that I needed structure, knowledge and accountability if I had a chance of reaching my goals.
What results have you achieved since starting?
I’ve went from being 5 minutes into class and thinking to myself “how the hell am I gonna make it through this” to being able to push hard for 45 minutes! I am completely blown away that in 4 short months my cardio, flexibility, strength and just over all feeling of being really healthy and fit have gone through the roof! Also, I’ve lost approximately 15lbs and 4% body fat, which is a nice bonus.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
The classes are fun with great music, and variety, expertise and energy the Coaches bring to every class is absolutely fantastic. I am so grateful that every Coach pushes me harder than I ever would have on my own, while making sure the exercises are being executed with the proper form and technique.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Don’t wait any longer, JOIN NOW!!! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to “Keep Up” when I first started. I quickly realized that the classes allow you to do what you are able, while progressing over time.
