Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?
I love any workout that involves boxing. There is nothing like punching a bag or some pads to let go of any stress you have been carrying. I hate plank step ups, they are the devil.
What achievements are you most proud of?
I was able to up my energy level, sleep better on a regular basis, and lose some weight.
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
My favorite part of Wild is the camaraderie. I value the rapport I’ve built with the trainers, staff, and other clients. Every time I go to wild I can expect to see friendly faces and people that will push me in my workouts and overall wellness.
What advice would you give to other wild peeps?
Don’t make excuses and always push yourself. Since joining Wild in July I have made it to at least 2 workouts every week no matter what and to every free workout that was offered. I was always the kind of person to make excuses but I have made a conscious effort not too when it comes to attending boot camp classes. Second, always be willing to push yourself. Whether it be going up 5 pounds on a kettle bell or pushing yourself to do one more push-up on the next round during a class.
Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?
I like to work out to anything hip-hop, fast rock, or EDM. Favorite song to work out to would be “I love it” by Icono Pop.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
Currently I am working on losing more weight, continuing to push myself in strength training, and creating a better diet that is healthier and I can easily live by.
