That’s why we are doing a guided cleanse at Wild Workouts and Wellness. After a summer filled with festivities, alcohol and junk food the fall is the perfect time to clean out your body before the winter. If you’re feeling sluggish or just eating much junk lately, I encourage you to join us. During this Cleanse Session we will provide a questionnaire to all participants in order to personal what type of cleanse would work best.
