Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?
My favorite is the assisted pull-up since I think they are fun, challenging and I feel like I conquer them no matter how I am feeling that day. Plus it’s fun to be hanging up high over the gym.
Least favorite is the burpee (sorry Kate and Tara!). I know, it’s good for you but that doesn’t mean I have to like it!
What achievements are you most proud of?
I’m proud that I have been very consistent and dedicated in my work-outs. I can feel a difference in my fitness level and my energy level throughout the day due to that. I’m also a proud member of the Crack of Dawn crew. Even when it’s dark and cold outside we make it in! It’s a very positive way to start the day.
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
It’s the people. From our trainers to our fellow members, it’s a true community that supports each other, teases each other and makes me laugh at every work-out. We joke that we need to add a coffee shop (or even better a bar!) so we have more chance to socialize – outside of our chatty work-outs!
What advice would you give to other wild peeps?
Stay with it, make it fun and try at least one pull-up.
Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?
Needs to have a fast tempo and keep me moving. 1980s music is always a guilty pleasure.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
Working on getting more tone and going heavier with weights. And trying to like burpees…once in a while.
