I remember sitting down with Brittany in February and discussing goals. I could tell she was a person who was ready to make changes, ready to reclaim her health, ready to be “all in”. She has had such amazing success in just 5 short months and its in large part due to her willingness to listen and trust in the program… as well as the positive attitude she brings to every workout and nutrition meeting.

What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

I had reached an all time high in weight and just reached my breaking point where I couldn’t stand how my clothes were fitting and didn’t recognize who I saw in the mirror anymore. I had seen an old friend from college who had recently lost a significant amount of weight and I asked myself why couldn’t that be me?

What results have you achieved since starting your program?

On the scale I have lost about 30 pounds and almost 4 dress sizes, which is much more than what I was expecting in this amount of time. More importantly though, I’ve gained so much confidence that I had lost the last couple years, as well as gaining muscle strength and stamina I didn’t think I was capable of having.

What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?

I need someone to tell me what to do and for how long. If I just go to a gym by myself I won’t put in 100% effort and get kind of lost on what exercises I should do to get the most out of my workout. I love the boot camp classes, it seems easier to get through some of those extra tough workouts when there are others there to suffer with 🙂

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

Just do it! I kick myself for waiting and pushing it off as long as I did, but was happy I had tried different types of workouts and classes before finding Wild because I knew what would work for me, and more importantly what wouldn’t work for me.
