Before starting at Wild Workouts and Wellness Bridget didn’t feel good about herself and comfortable in her body. Looking back at Wedding pictures, Bridget new she wasn’t healthy and holding on to extra weight. Plus her daily habit of eating processed food was not helping her.
Since joining Wild Workouts and Wellness, Bridget has lost 30 pounds. She no longer eats processed food. Instead, she has replaced it with whole foods, meal planning and cooking in advance.
We asked Bridget a few questions about her journey here at Wild Workouts and Wellness.
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I decided that I needed to join wild when I realized I was making no progress on my own. Being able to have set times for workouts has held me more accountable and I actually look forward to working out.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I have lost 30 lbs. since joining wild. I have noticed I am considerably stronger than I have ever been, and my endurance has gotten better.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I love wild because I am doing exercises that I would never do on my own. I truly need the motivation of a trainer pushing me to workout. The group setting is also wonderful because everyone pushes and motivates each other to do their best.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Don’t hesitate to join. There is no reason not to. Most people complain about how much money it is but it’s an investment in your health.
Going forward, Bridget is maintaining her workouts and nutrition through a healthy and happy pregnancy.
