This one time, at band camp….
We all remember band camp from the movie American Pie. But here at Wild Workouts and Wellness we actually have a workout called Band Camp.
Bands are great for home workouts, carry to the gym and bring when you travel. Bands give you the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to equipment because you can get a total body workout with one band.
Plus the bands we use at Wild are all different resistances. Providing a challenging workout with minimal equipment.
Band Camp is a 45 minute workout total body strength training workout.
When: November 6, 13, 20th, 4 and 11
