Amy just joined us at Wild in the summer of 2015. She has already made some amazing progress and is down 5 inches waist, 4 inches hips, 3 inches bust, 2 inches legs and 1 inch arms; 21 pounds down since Memorial Day! She has experienced boosted energy level and better mental health as a bonus as well. We are so proud of Amy’s success so far, we made her our Client of the Month in October 2015.
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program? My husband and my parents were really concerned about me. I so desperately wanted to return to focusing on my health and well being and honestly, my husband lovingly but persistently nagging me and my father sending me a letter really pushed me to take action on my own behalf.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer? Having a trainer/coach is key. WILD coaches bring extensive knowledge and expertise to all workouts. I love knowing that they have made the key decisions about our workouts to achieve maximum benefits. I love that the WILD program also emphasizes best eating practices and cultivates a very welcoming environment. I walked into WILD feeling hesitant and unsure about whether or not I would fit into the program and the culture, and I’ve observed the coaches work very hard to make sure everyone feels welcomed, supported and challenged at WILD.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program? Fear not! No matter how long it’s been since you’ve been active, no matter your injury, despite your health condition, and no matter how much weight you want to lose – WILD is the place to begin your journey. Don’t wait. Make the commitment of time and dollars and results are inevitable!
